Does every referral earn commission?
No. A referral needs to result in a successful working placement. Our team reviews each referral, and earnings depend on eligibility, the agreed terms and the work actually completed.
Where does the commission come from?
Your commission is a share of the recruitment agency's net profit on the placement. It is not taken from the worker's wages. The calculator shows an illustration, not a guaranteed payment.
