1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eagle Eyes & Ears referral platform operated by Eagle Eyes & Ears Ltd. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the UK to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Referral Programme

Our referral programme allows registered users to submit job leads, candidate referrals, and client introductions. Commission is earned when a referred candidate is successfully placed and remains in placement. Commission rates and terms are as communicated on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

4. Commission Payments

Commission is calculated based on the weekly profit generated from a placement and the applicable commission rate. Payments are made in arrears and are subject to the candidate remaining in placement. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back commission in the event of fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading referrals.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or duplicate referrals
Refer candidates or clients without their knowledge or consent
Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to manipulate commission calculations or payment systems
Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the platform are the property of Eagle Eyes & Ears Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eagle Eyes & Ears Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the commission earned by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. Any accrued and verified commission due at the time of termination will still be paid.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
